Welcome to the Center for Process Server Education discussion site. This forum is open to anyone in the legal field who is interested in free and open conversation which relates to the service of legal process. Although the Center is focused on process service in the State of Washington this discussion area will be useful to process servers from any state in the Union and perhaps beyond.
This is a place to ask questions, share experiences, and assist others as we all strive to become better at our work in anticipation of gaining clients and improving the bottom line.
I will occasionally begin discussion threads but you are invited to begin threads yourself.
The Center maintains complete control and ownership over any and all postings on this site. Postings of an objectionable nature will be deleted. The Center is the sole authority on what is objectionable and what is not, at least in so far as this site is concerned. You are asked to be professional and courteous to your fellow process servers and all others who may have occasion to visit here.
Also, always be aware of your ethical responsibilities as they relate to your clients. You will be wise if you avoid mentioning clients or servees by name or in any other manner which would allow them to be identified.
